    Part A Competition Details

    Competition Title

    Prize Supplier
    The prize is a gift provided by Patties Pies (PrizeSupplier). The Prize Supplier is not the promoter of the Competition. 

    Entry eligibility
    Entry is open to individuals who: 

    1. are aged 18 years or over: 

    2. are residents of any State or Territory in Australia; and 

    3. are a current Flexischools school/supplier at the time of entry (or an authorised representative of a current Flexischools customer/school/supplier) 

    (each an EligibleEntrant). 
     Employees of the Promoter, employees of any company associated with the Promoter or the provision of the prize (including the Prize Supplier), and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

    Competition Period
    The Competition commences on 14 May 2026 at 9am and entries close on 1 June 2026 at 5pm 
    (Competition Period). 
    Entries must be received by the closing date to be eligible.  

    Entry conditions
    To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period: 

    1. complete and submit the Competition entry form (Entry Form); and 

    2. provide the name they would give to the pie warmer (Entry). 

    The Promoter will collect and use personal information in accordance with the Flexischools Privacy Policy.  
    Personal information of any prize winner will be disclosed to the Prize Supplier for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize to the winner. 
    Entering the Competition is free of charge (internet access costs may apply depending on the entrant’s provider).  

    Maximum number of entries per Eligible Entrant
    1 entry per individual Eligible Entrant. 

    Prize(s)
    There will be one (1) winner. 
    The winner will be awarded one (1) prize valued at $1,200 AUD. 
    Total prize pool value is $1,200 AUD which includes delivery of the prize to the winner’s address in Australia. 

    Judging 
    This Competition is a game of skill. The winner will be determined by a judging panel appointed by Flexischools. The entry deemed most creative Entry by the judging panel will win. 
    Judging criteria will include (without limitation): creativity, originality, and suitability/appeal of the proposed name. 
    Judges will select one winner and one runner up. 
    Judging will take place on 1 June 2026 at the Promoter’s offices. 
    The winner will be notified by email or other communication method, using the contact details submitted in the Entry Form. 
    The winner agrees to have their name and contact details disclosed to Patties Pies for the purpose of prize fulfilment. 

    Unclaimed prizes
    If the prize is unclaimed or the winner cannot be contacted after 30 days, or the prize is forfeited, the Promoter will award the prize to the runner up and this entrant will become the winner for the purposes of these terms. 

    Part B – Terms and Conditions (Game of Skill)

    These Terms apply to the Competition described in Part A. Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this Part B have the meaning given to them in Part A.  

    1.Conduct of Competition

    The Competition will be conducted by the Promoter during the Competition Period specified in Part A.  

    2.Acceptance of Terms

    Entry into the Competition as described in Part A is deemed acceptance of these Terms (as amended from time to time).  

    3.How to enter

    To enter the Competition, entrants must, during the Competition Period, follow the entry method and instructions specified in Part A.  

    4.Eligible Entrants / verification

    The Promoter may, at any time, require entrants to provide reasonable proof of eligibility (including confirmation of current Flexischools customer/school/supplier status and identity). Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.  

    5.Late / lost entries

    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incorrectly submitted or misdirected entries, for any technological malfunction or failure, internet traffic congestion, or for outdated or incorrect contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted.  

    6.Judging (game of skill)

    1. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. 

    1. The winner will be the entrant whose Entry is judged most creative in accordance with Part A. 

    1. A decision of the Promoter in relation to the conduct of the Competition, including the selection of the winning Entry, is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.  

    7. Disqualification

    The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify: 

    1. any Entry that is not completed in accordance with these Terms, is not original, infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, contains any objectionable or poor-quality content, or has the potential to damage the reputation of any person; or 

    1. any individual who tampers with the entry process, submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Terms, or engages in unlawful or improper conduct that is designed to, or is likely to, adversely affect the fair and proper conduct of the Competition or is generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.  

    8.Prize conditions

    1. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and must be taken as offered (unless required by law).  

    1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value between the date the prize value is stated and the date the prize is claimed.  

    1. The winner is responsible for any ancillary costs associated with receiving or using the prize (unless expressly stated otherwise in Part A).  

    9.Unclaimed prize / runner-up

    If the prize is unclaimed or forfeited or the winner cannot be contacted, the Promoter will award the prize to the runner-up as described in Part A.  

    10.Use of Entries (IP licence)

    By submitting an Entry, each entrant grants the Promoter a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and publish the Entry for the purpose of conducting and promoting the Competition (including publication on Flexischools’ channels).  

    Entrants warrant that their Entry is original and does not infringe any third-party rights.  

    11.Privacy / disclosure to Prize Supplier

    Any information provided by entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Competition, contacting entrants, administering the prize, and as otherwise specified in these Terms.  

    The winner consents to the Promoter disclosing the winner’s name and contact details to Patties Pies for prize fulfilment.  

    12.Cancellation / variation

    The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before awarding the prize, to cancel or vary the Competition, or cancel, vary or withdraw the prize, where reasonably necessary (including for technical or administrative reasons), subject to applicable law.  

    13.Liability

    Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other applicable consumer protection laws to the extent they cannot be excluded (Non-Excludable Guarantees).  

    Subject to the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence) for any loss, damage or injury arising in any way out of the Competition or the prize. 



    P&Cs QLD Members Offer (2026) 

    This offer is available to the first 10 P&Cs Qld P&C Associations, that: 

    • switch their P&C-operated tuckshop to use Flexischools, from another online ordering platform and use Flexischools for their online Tuckshop ordering and payments; and, 

    • run a school fundraising event using their new Flexischools service, 

    • before 30 September 2026.  

    (a “Qualifying P&C Association”). 

    Examples of school fundraising events include but are not limited to, Mother’s or Father’s Day stalls, school disco or trivia night ticket sales, accepting ‘gold coin’ donations. 

    Flexischools will pay $500 into the Qualifying P&C Association’s bank account that has been nominated in the Flexischools portal to receive payment for the fundraising event sales (“Flexischools Donation”). 

    The Flexischools Donation: 

    • is non‑transferable; 

    • will be paid by Flexischools to the Qualifying P&C Association on a date that aligns with the school fundraising event. 

  • $250 Referral Promotion

    This offer is only available to existing Flexischools customers.  Your referee must be a new, or returning, school customer and be based in Australia. Your referral must be successful for you to receive the gift card. By ‘successful’, we mean that the referee must sign up their school to use Flexischools for online ordering and/or student card payments, and the first Flexischools transaction must be processed by the referee. If your referral is ‘successful’, you will be sent a $250 prepaid card within 30 days of referral’s first transaction date.

    Term 3 2025 Sign-Up Promotion

    This offer is only available to selected, new Flexischools customers who sign up to use Flexischools during Term 3 2025. This offer is in relation to the Transaction Fees on sales made by your services during Term 3 and Term 4 2025 (in your state) only (Promotional Period). Transaction Fees are the fees charged by Flexischools to your school or canteen for access to the Flexischools system and are calculated as a percentage of your total transactions. Flexischools will advise you of the relevant Transaction Fees that will apply to your normal use of Flexischools as part of the sign-up process and these will apply to your ongoing use of Flexischools outside of the Promotional Period. Order Fees, and any applicable merchant surcharges are not part of this offer, and will still apply to sales and orders placed by account holders and guests including during the Promotional Period.

    March 2025 Business Manager Promotion

    *This offer is only available to existing Flexischools customers who sign up to use Flexischools for online event services during Term 1 or Term 2, 2025. This offer is in relation to Transaction Fees for events that commence and end during Term 1 2025 to Term 2 2025 (in your state) only (Promotional Period). Transaction Fees are the fees charged by Flexischools to your school or canteen for access to the Flexischools system. Flexischools will advise you of the relevant Transaction Fees that will apply to your normal use of Flexischools’ events services, as part of the sign-up process for events services and these Transaction Fees will apply to your ongoing use of the Flexischools system for events services outside of the Promotional Period. Order fees, and any applicable merchant surcharges are not part of this offer, and will still apply to orders placed by account holders and guests via Flexischools, including during the Promotional Period.

    Go live in 2024 and get your first term Transaction Fee-Free

    To be eligible for this offer, a school or canteen supplier must sign up to and start using Flexischools for online ordering and payments at their school/canteen during Term 3, 2024 (15 July 2024 to 20 September 2024).   This offer is in relation to Flexischools Transaction Fees only. Transaction Fees are the fees charged by Flexischools to your school or canteen for access to the Flexischools system.

    Flexischools will advise you of the relevant Transaction Fees that will apply to your normal use of Flexischools, as part of the sign-up process. After the end of Term 4 2024 (from 20 December 2024), these Transaction Fees will apply to your ongoing use of the Flexischools system.  Parent order fees, and any applicable merchant surcharges are not part of this offer, and will still apply to orders placed by parents (and other members of the school community) via Flexischools during Term 4 2024.​

    Terms: To be eligible for this offer, an existing Flexischools school or canteen supplier must add Flexischools for online payments for events services before 20 December 2024.

    This offer is in relation to the Flexischools Transaction Fees for the first event service that is offered via Flexischools only. Following your first event service, the usual Transaction Fees will apply to your school’s Flexischools services for events, which will be notified to you when activating the events Service. This offer does not apply to: transaction fees for other Flexischools services, parent order fees, or any applicable merchant surcharges, which will still apply to all relevant orders placed via Flexischools.​
